Green
Tea or Synephrine?
Green Tea seems to be popping up in fat loss
formula’s everywhere. Is it the miracle fat
loss
product that companies promote or is it just
hype? Also how does it compare against
synephrine, its rival in the quest for fat loss?
Why are companies switching from synephrine
in their products in favour of green tea? Why
don’t they have high levels of synephrine,
the
active ingredient in fat loss formula’s, as
in
ASN’s Xtreme Cuts?
Green
Tea is cheap!
Green Tea is a very cheap material to use in a
fat
loss supplement. It’s an obvious choice for
scrupulous supplement manufacturers who want
to make huge profits on so called weight loss
formula’s. It contains a very small amount
of
ingredients that have been shown to help with
weight loss. But what they didn’t tell you
from
the scientific studies, is that after a while the
green tea becomes ineffective because of its
naturally occurring high caffeine levels.(1)
Compare this with Synephrine, where in the
scientific studies, caffeine actually increased
the
effectiveness of Synephrine. It has also been
found that green tea also decreases availability
of
thiamin, an important B group vitamin, which
also effects niacin, another B group vitamin.(2)
Synephrine however, has had positive studies
because of its effect on stimulating
Norepinephrine production.(3)
The
perfect fat loss ingredient
Norepinephrine is produced and secreted by the
Adrenal Medulla. Norepinephrine enhances
memory, improves mood, increases alertness,
increases attention span, helps to minimize the
sensation of pain and also suppresses appetite.
Norepinephrine is essential for drive and
motivation and is therefore involved in willpower
and it also increases sexual desire! It also is
required for the release of Human Growth
Hormone (hGH) and stimulates the release of
Luteinizing Hormone Releasing Hormone(LHRH)
from the Hypothalamus. Add to this its ability to
counteract Obesity by stimulating the body's -

Adipose Tissue (body fat) in the production of
Energy plus stimulating Beta-1 and Beta-2
Adrenergic Receptors increasing metabolic rate,
it seems increasing Norepinephrine levels is the
perfect answer in the quest for fat loss.
Synephrine has been proven scientifically to
increase Norepinephrine quite effectively. It can
increase metabolic rate by approximately 128
calories per day, without the inclusion of exercise.
The
most effective fat loss supplement
Therefore, the most effective fat loss supplement
would be one that has high levels of synephrine.
A small amount of caffeine could be added to it
to
prolong its effects. Why is it that a lot of fat
loss
formula’s have high levels of caffeine and
only a
small amount of synephrine and some have
removed the synephrine all together in favour of
green tea? Because it’s cheaper and the
supplement company can make more profit, plus
the extra caffeine will make you think it’s
working better because it will increase your heart
rate, making you think everything is speeding up,
including your fat loss. But in reality it is not!
Xtreme cuts 750 is the perfect answer! It has the
highest levels of Synephrine allowable on the
market, 5 to 6 times higher than others. It also
has
caffeine and willow bark added to prolong its
effects. Not only that, but it also has two amino
acids added to the formula that are precursors to
the production of Norepinephrine.
